We are the pioneers in establishing a material testing facility in Aurangabad.We started in 1989 and are proud that we must have served more than 5000 clients in these years.We have two types of activities viz.1.Metallurgical Testing and 2.Constructional Material Testing . The laboratory building is on an Waluj MIDC plot which is very close to to Pandharpur village.The laboratory consists of a 1100 sq.ft shed and 1100 sq.ft.RCC building.

Ours is a metallurgical and civil engineering testing laboratory having laboratories at Aurangabad and Kolhapur. The metallurgical group is headed by A.V.Ganapule M.Tech. The constructional testing group is lead by Kedar Joshi M.E. Aurangabad laboratory is located on 5000 sq.MIDC land with build up area around 2200 sq. ft. Kolhapur laboratory is situated in the heart of the city in an area near Ruikar Colony.

The Laboratory :

The laboratory started in 1989 with wet Chemical analysis and Mechanical testing facilities.The pioneering efforts the proprietor then were useful to many industrial units in and Aurangabad for availing Quality Control facilities in Aurangabad.As the time progressed the laboratory kept on adding up to date facilities such as Photomicrography And Emission Spectrometer for the accurate Analysis of Steel.the laboratory is the first to achieve ISO Certification ,BIS approval and NABL Accreditation in Marathwada region.Many government departments such as RITES .MSEB, PWD, MIDC,CIDCO,JALSWARAJ,Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran are regularly using our services as third-party certification.

The laboratory Quality System is based on ISO/IEC 17025 .Thus the confidence and reliability of results is assured.The samples are received and coded for strict confedentiality of clients.They are then handed over to competent laboratory personnel.The equipment of testing are calibrated by NABL accredited laboratories.

KOLHAPUR BUILDING MATERIALS LABORATORY

We have been offering our services to construction sites all over Maharashtra, e.g.Nanded, Beed, Newasa, Solapur in last 10 years. We served MSRDC through M/s Gayatri Engineers Kolhapur and then considered the idea of establishing complete civil testing facilities in Kolhapur. We already have concrete and aggregate testing facilities installed in Kolhapur .We also offer our services through our branch in Satara.
